Today I have as premises for this publication, the compositional foundations of the shadows and backlighting captured in these images, which are visualised in black and white, and perhaps it is the best technique for this type of images that I wanted to show.
Among the subjects photographed, we can see from human elements or certain portraits of profiles and silhouettes, to certain natural elements as part of the composition, where I essentially try to capture a certain incidence of shadow in contrast with the lighter parts of the images.
In all cases, all the images have a great influence of those darker tonalities that are found within the composition, which is one way in which my photographic compositions are characterised, and especially if they are black and white images, where we can perceive a greater texture and contrast of this type of photographs.
All the photographs are my own and were taken with a Canon T3i camera.
