I would like to inform you in advance about the lack of information about this beautiful architectural work, due to the fact that it is difficult to know the year of construction, the architect or even the construction company involved in the construction of this building, which is not to be found in any information about the tower. As also at the moment I took these photographs, I wanted to enter the facility, to see if they would provide me with the necessary information, but at the moment it is temporarily closed for reasons of the pandemic, and for a little over a year, it has not been operational, of course emphasizing that this building consists of administrative offices, institutional and business purposes, and does not consist of residential space.
Despite all that has been said, I could not pass up the opportunity to talk about this tower, which for me is a modern architectural jewel of the city of Valencia, Carabobo state - Venezuela. It is located in the middle of Bolivar Avenue in the city of Valencia, so it is an image that does not go unnoticed and much less for those of us who love to admire all the art and design in the creation of its architectural installations.
At first glance, one can visualise a very harmonious and dynamic looking building, with the constitution mostly made up of windows, which almost entirely covers the whole building, giving it that very modern look, and which makes me think that it must not have been built many years ago.
On the other hand the figure of this building, is perceived in a triangular shape, as you can see in the image, you can see all the triangular shape in all the verticality of the building, creating a two-dimensional image within the space that conforms it.
Although I must say that, despite being in a good location on the avenue, I think that in relation to its distribution on the ground, it is a little closed, even limiting itself to not having its own car park. And I think, although I am not an architect or engineer, that this is a negative point, apart from talking about its design, so it is important to talk about the good planning and functionality of this building.
However, it is one of my favourite buildings in the city of Valencia, because of its striking design and the materials that gave it a more aesthetic and harmonious form, perfect for taking advantage of its structural characteristics.
Although the building itself is rectangular in shape, the folds and façade give the building a triangular appearance, as I mentioned at the beginning of the publication, and it would be very interesting to see the interior design and layout of the building, which retains all the architect's efforts to create a modern and attractive design.
Without a doubt, it is a very peculiar and different design in the city, where it departs from those common characteristics among the constructions, where concrete predominates much more. In this way, the importance of these architectural innovations, as a contribution to society, is appreciated with great value.
