For this post I return with motifs on nature, essentially 5 photographs of flora species and their natural environment, but with the perspective of black and white, where color is subtracted although you can see a greater contrast and texture in each of the images, which of course highlight the photographed targets.
While in another aspect, the main characteristic of these photographs is that in the background the dark tonalities are highlighted, almost in certain occasions not at all, so that the main target in the foreground has a greater focus in the composition, and this is because by the nature of that composite part, those areas were darker, with an absence of light for the camera to register light in that area.
Consequently, this makes the composition stronger and much more so in the case of black and white, where the grayscales register more strongly, which makes it possible for an image to have that quality of being more captivating.
