Oh My GODS!
Time flies, even when I am not having fun!
Why so negative?
Because it really sucks!
Things were already hard but have just gotten a lot harder with the changes I mentioned last month.
For some reason, even ranks 7 & 8 are getting tough while I played for months at rank 9.
Last weekend I degradated to rank 6 which meant no GODS tokens at all.
Yup, I made yet another Rookie mistake.
As I think in GODS only, I just entered the amount I planned to sell at.
And...... forgot that the default is ETH and not GODS I had cards put up for sale for 5.3 and 16.66 ETH and wondered why nobody was buying.
After my analysis last month, I have been putting my nose in other people's business and the GU universe indeed got a lot harder for the noobs as I expected.
Just look at what it did for me:
Normally two wins even at rank 7 would get me at least 1.2 GODS tokens and over 2 at rank 8 as you can see. Now two wins does not even get me half of that.

But that took a big upgrade and as soon as I got back to rank 7 I got knocked down...
All the way to the low Rank 7, I fought my way back to rank 8 by last weekend:
But right now I am again in the low Rank 7 so I am definitely missing one or two great cards to improve my deception Deck.
Any advice is very welcome
I ended August with the below;
Then I went on a shopping spree to get the deck at shadow quality minimum.
This is what it looked like afterward.
I spend 5 dollars in ETH and 85 GODS (approx 20 dollars) to upgrade my card quality to make at least 1 GODS more daily.
Meaning I would have to win at least 3 games above rank 7 for the next 3-4 months. And I can tell you I have not been successful at winning lately as you can see.
Guess I gotta find another way to make back that money spent....
Preferably within one month so I donยดt look like a loser today.
Seems everyone is upgrading so sales and prices are up yo!
150% is pretty normal at the moment so I guess that would help me get some of that money back.
As you know I have been saying for months I need to stock up my inventory so that is what I did.
And I made 70+ GODS and 1 Dollar in ETH from sales. But that did not cut it.
Because I only made 12 GODS from playing, while that used to be at least 25.
So there is only one more place to get some GODS and I just claimed those last month.
And as I normally receive the offering once every two months on average I did not expect anything any time soon....but;
Well, I am not totally back but that was a nice little surprise.
And then this......
Another offering???
I am making more of offerings than playing the game at the moment because the game this month has been the worst ever.
But can I make at least my $25 investment back in one month?
I came close. I don't think 8 GODS adds up to 0.0016 ETH at the moment.
But this is a first, I did not make over 100 GODS in a month this year. And this month I did a whopping 108.
I donยดt think I can keep this up tbh because I am running out of Flux due to all the forging and I donยดt expect any offering in October.
My plan for the coming month is to really figure out which two cards can push this deck to a 51% win rate.
