I believe that deep down everyone is born with a love for travel. I'm also a person who loves to explore new lands, places I've never been, and capture the best moments of my journey. I have tried different types of travel: solo, two people and group. I've read a lot of articles about one of those things you should do once in your life, most of them talking about traveling alone. I think this is a great experience that will give you valuable lessons and countless unforgettable moments. And such trips give me the ability to communicate, the freedom, the expansion of relationships, the ability to plan and control myself. And during the time of the Covid pandemic, my work has been affected a lot, but in return I have more time to explore new lands. And in today's post, I would like to introduce to everyone a long solo trip of mine with the first stop at Quang Ngai.
When mentioning Quang Ngai, many people will think of Ly Son Island, however, in the mainland of Quang Ngai, there is also a very beautiful and little-known place, which is Thach Ky Dieu Tau located in An Vinh village, Tinh Ky commune, Son Tinh district, about 16km from the center of Quang Ngai province to the northeast. In Chinese, Thach Ky means rock cliff. I woke up very early and moved alone to Thach Ky so I could catch the sunrise here. When dawn has just risen, dyeing the surrounding with pink color, the early morning dew has not completely melted on the water surface yet, forming layers of white smoke embracing the rocks, all creating a mysterious scene.
Thach Ky Dieu Tau, formed from volcanic eruptions tens of thousands of years ago, stretched out to the sea and was eroded by waves and wind, forming crags and caves. And in the distance, we can admire a stone statue that looks like a bottle of wine, the spots on the stone look like a giant foot. The waves here are very big and the sea water is very deep, so people have to be very careful when standing close to the cliffs in the sea. This place is an ideal place for us to camp and visit. This place has not been invested and developed for tourism, so it still retains many wild and peaceful features, and the right time for people to explore this place is from April to September every year.
I really like this place and will come back here with friends. I not only enjoy the fresh air and peaceful scenery here but also love the people and the local character here. In uncertain and tiring days, at times when we need to revive our own emotions and spirits, solo trips are always a great choice for us to discover new lands and ourselves.
This is my entry for Beach Wednesday edition 17, run by @uwelang. Thank you everyone for reading my post and wish you a nice weekend.
