Banga Soup is a nutritious broth made from boiled riped oil Palm fruits. It is indegenous to the Niger Delta dwelling tribes of Nigeria; mainly , the Urhobos, Ijaws, Itsekiris, Ibos etc!!
I have been indulging in this delicacy regularly as served at a regular restaurant in Lagos, Nigeria. Subsequent to their relocation to Abuja, I couldn't find an alternative.
I am stranded, but I need to eat my favorite "Banga Soup"
Please can you teach me how to cook it practically??
