Day or night that is the same old question. While the night owls find it easier to work in the evening hours, others find it more comfortable to work in the morning with more energy available and brain connections in working mode.
May be it is about your energy circle which depends on the time that you were born...
In general one could say all it needs is 1 hour to create an successful work of art. But you might wait all your life long for this 1 hour and you'll never know if this will be at day or night.
