Your idea of getting a pet/security dog is nice @teesart.
I would advice you go for rottweilers as security dogs because they are full of actions; they can really bite. Alsatians are good too, they are very alert and active, they can bark very well. Even though Boer boel's are okay too, I prefer the first two.
