What problem is the product / project solving?
1.China is a large market, but the number of Chinese Steem users is quite small. WhereIN has been actively promoting the Steem blockchain concept and developing relevant tools in China, which brings more and more Chinese users to the Steem ecosystem and enables them to benefit from each other.

He created the image editor and design maker - Fotor (https://www.fotor.com), which boasts more than 250 million users worldwide. He also founded PxBee (https://www.pxbee.com/zh), a visual content sharing community based on blockchain technology. It has obtained government registration permission in China and has attracted over 10,000 users.

He has been working on applying Steem blockchain in China by connecting communities and offline business with Steem blockchain. He is committed to exploring new ways of Steem blockchain application.

In the past 10 months, we have developed WherelN Android and IOS clients, the online community game Steemkillers, and WhereinConnect. These apps and tools have ensured a much easier access to Steem blockchain for users in China.
We also developed a system through which users could quickly sign up with their mobile phone numbers. And we have delegated 10 SP to each new user to make their early life easier on the platform.
Currently we have been working on creating mini programs based on Steem blockchain, WordPress and Wechat, to bring a substantial amount of communities and offline business to Steem blockchain. Our goal is to enable any capable individual to issue and sell tokens from their proof of brain, so that both the community and the commercial value could grow.

Fiat Revenue Strategy:Introduce offline business into the system to provide quality products and services to the community users, so that everyone can use Steem tokens to shop. In this process, we provide value to get income.
