If you answered yes then the solution is quite simple. First you have to stop labeling color because there are no races. Races are a construct and the result if that construct is racism. Do not refer to yourself or others as black or white or any other label of this type. Until we truly understand that those labels foment racism it will never end. The same can be said for the recent use of the term diversity. While we do this we are in fact celebrating difference and not trying to find unity.
We are all in fact nothing more than human and nothing less. We can choose to have this outlook in much the same way we choose to make assumptions about someone based upon nothing more than skin color.
It seems odd to me that 50 plus years ago a great person said judge on content of character not color of skin. That requires getting to know a person but preconceptions still happen to this day. Fake racism is pushed but real cases of racism are ignored. Many issues could be solved if we would stop labeling ourselves and each other.
While are at it, lets put all the labels in the trash can. No man, woman, gay, straight, black, white, brown, yellow, polka dotted transgender unicorn, or any other labels. If you are a good person that is all that should matter. I don't care what color you are. I don't care who or what you have sex with. Let's all just be decent to each other. Personally I love everyone and you should also, the world needs more love.
