Recently, I was approached by @sykochica she was looking for others to help her spread some Steem around to minnows who are working hard and haven't yet hit their sweet spot. It is a small tip. However, just being noticed and appreciated is a big deal. Shortly after that conversation
@virtualgrowth stepped up and offered to match as well. I also will be matching and spreading out the rewards from my first post about this. I forgot to hit Decline Payout it. I would like to tip as many people as I can.
As I have looked through the accounts I have gained a bit of criteria. However quite unofficial. I find I am leaning towards people who have been around for more than a month posting and engaging. Most of their posts are interesting or engaging and have not received a lot of attention. I am not at all opposed to powering down, however, I am leaning to those who are powering up, because I feel they are serious about Steem and Steemit. I always have a power down running, it is for liquidity, but I usually just power it back up. I doubt my selections will be perfect, but just trying to give some ideas.
If you haven't yet commented on the first post with your ideas for accounts I should look at you can leave a comment here, or on the original post which I will post at the end of this one. I am not a socialist nor am I into welfare, but I had a long slow minnow grind. I believe in doing things in my own self interest, and I see this as an opportunity. I will be supporting tomorrow's dolphins and whales, and supporting the over all value of Steem, which is more important to me than daily post rewards. I am not an author or a wanna be author, so I just try to use the site as naturally as I can, exactly how I would use any social media site. If something is on my mind I post about it. I think one key to our success is having more users and more diversity.

Who Should Be Next? (I still have some nominations to go through, hoping to finish by the weekend.)
