Hoy preparé para mi almuerzo, carne hervida con vegetales, agregue zanahorias pequeñas, pimentón, cebola, ajo, romero, tomillo y sal. Me encanta variar el sabor de las comidas dandole un sazón diferente con hierbas naturales que conservan el sabor de los alimentos, estos alimentos cuentan con importantes propiedades nutritivas y terapéuticas.
