Cuando leí el tema de esta semana, me vino a mi mente en mi +epoca de estudiante en la universidad, cuando ya estabamos por finalizar la carrera, habia una materia muy importante, el cual sino la aprobaste tenias que pasar un año y volver a cursarla, se llamaba Practicas docente, que consistia en dar clases en una institución y tenia dos docente a evaluar, el de la universidad y el de el instituto educativo que escogen en este tiempo.
When I read this week’s topic, it reminded me of my time as a college student. When we were about to finish our degree, there was a very important course—if you didn’t pass it, you had to repeat the year and take it again. It was called Teaching Practicum, which involved teaching classes at an educational institution and being evaluated by two instructors: one from the university and one from the educational institution we chose at that time.
En las prácticas docentes, era donde te desenvolvían, dando clases a los estudiantes en un aula, y mediante esa actividad mejorabas y expresabas tus conocimientos y herramientas que tenias para ser un buen profesional, obvio que los supervisores te evaluaban , dándote cuales eran tus puntos positivos y cuales podias mejorar. Es alli en la práctica en donde te perfeccionas como docente.
During teaching practicums, you gained experience by teaching students in a classroom, and through that activity, you improved and applied the knowledge and skills you had acquired to become a good professional. Of course, your supervisors evaluated you, pointing out your strengths and areas for improvement. It is during these practicums that you hone your skills as a teacher.
Recuerdo una frase que nos decia un profesor que decia La clave del éxito es la práctica, pues si accionas alguna teoria que sepas, te llevará al mejor de tus objetivos. Existen personas que tienen muchos titulos universitarios, teniendo así muchos conocimientos, pero carecen de las herramientas sociales para trabajar en una empresa, por eso la práctica es muy importante y necesaria para así ser buenos profesionales.
I remember something a professor used to tell us: “The key to success is practice, because if you put the theories you know into action, they will help you achieve your goals.” There are people who have many college degrees and a wealth of knowledge, but lack the social skills needed to work in a company; that’s why practice is so important and necessary for becoming good professionals.
Todo aprendizaje es llevado a la práctica, y todo talento no es suficiente sino es llevado a la práctica, para reforzar lo aprendido y descubrir nuevos conceptos. Cuando nos gusta algo solemos ser muy activos, por ejemplo aquí en Hive llevamos muchos años creando contenido, seguro a muchos le pasaron como a mi, que nos costaba escribir o echar el cuento, al principio, y es que en el dia a dia escribiendo se nos ha hecho más fácil, seguro que terminamos nuestras publicaciones más rápido, porque la práctica y la creatividad están presentes.
All learning is put into practice, and talent alone isn’t enough unless it’s put into practice, to reinforce what we’ve learned and discover new concepts. When we enjoy something, we tend to be very active. For example, here at Hive, we’ve been creating content for many years. I’m sure many of you, like me, found it difficult to write or tell a story at first, but through daily practice, it’s become easier. We surely finish our posts faster now because practice and creativity are part of the process.
