What is it they say?? "What a difference a day makes!" Yesterday, I felt like the weight of the world was on my shoulders, the immanent questions that were surely to follow, the judging, the sense of personal shame, the thought that through my actions I may have jeopardised what others have worked so hard to achieve, the feeling of pressure to constantly produce insightful and informative posts for other to read.....
I still carry a lot of those weights, but no longer do I feel the need to constantly post blogs that set standards far above what I can actually write myself. I don't need to go in to too much detail, but those of you who regularly follow me, and know my background here on #hive, will know my "position" within certain communities, and the standards of quality content that is expected. With the position I held, it was expected of me, even if just by my own standards, to go "above and beyond" to always bring the A-game of blogging.
As I said in yesterday's blog, where I admit my mistakes and try and justify why I did what I did, it was never my intention to go down the route I've taken, and now that the truth is out, I actually am incredibly relieved.
No more will I post for the sake of posting, no more will I feel under pressure to write a precious metals article EVERY DAY, I'm actually looking forward to just blogging for blogging sake about things that interest me and not for what I think other people will want to read.
Obviously, things still need to be addressed and they will all come out in time now regardless of what I say or do. So all I can now do is post daily and show that I've learn from my mistakes and hopefully regain a fraction of the trust I once held here on hive.
