The 2023 #silvergoldstackers SECRET SANTA is officially underway.....
Yes - its only October. Yes - im already collecting names. And Yes - This year is going to be bigger and better than ever before.
The #silvergoldstackers community are well known for their generosity and love of all things shiny.... So when you throw in a seasonal event where we, as members of the community, can help share our love of silver with others, I know many of us jump at the chance to share with others.
We are now 6yrs strong and looking to do our 7th silver #secretsanta. Ive done some digging, and found the very forst post i erote about this amazing community project. Read that HERE.
For those of you just reading this to be nosey, youre all still welcome to participate, and for those of you that are seasoned pros you already know the score:
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
It really is very simple:
- simply drop your name in the comments below, saying "you want in", or words to that effect
- once all names have been entered(cut off date to be decided later), I will enter your name in to the random name generator. Which just so happens to be the same christmas sweet tin ive always used.
- Youll then be given the name and address of your #secretsanta (in a private DM).
- You will then be expected to send to them a minimum of 1oz of silver 999fs.
It really is as simple as that. The whole thing works on trust.... The trust that your participation is your word to send a silver gift to any part of the planet.
Our members are located on 4 of the 5 continents, although we did manage to send a 1oz steem silver round to the north pole research station once, and it will be your responsibility to cover any international postage and/or import duty tax.

So forgive my promptness in getting this underway so early. It really is a bit of a logistical nightmare! Plus it gives everyone a chance to see and respond to this call. The 2023 secret santa is officially open.
