It's been a kind of pick your own food type of day here, in a sweltering South Wales. The weather topped 34.5*c mid afternoon, after a rather eventful early morning thunderstorm. I love these type of days, where an early thunderstorm clears the air and settles the atmospheric pressure and the days are hot.
Excuse my long pause..... You probably didn't even notices, but I actually walked away from this post for 30 minutes, as the thunderstorms have kicked in again full swing.
Anyway, where was I....
So yeah, 1/2pint was a great help in gathering Mrs Welshstackers and my evening meal of potatoes and beans. And what a lovely meal it was too.
And what a plateful it was too.
And before I shoot off again to go watch the lightning, I also made it out for a short lunch time walk.
