I am an Asperger .. was not easy to find out when I was young and yes, society did not treat us well .. people like me .. but hey - finally its a gift .. I learned to live with it and use all the advantages .. .. you can learn too .. just dont let your emotions dictate your brain ... not so long ago I talked to a woman while we were waiting at the supermarket queue about her son who is an Asperger and has problems at school and a young man - a teenager - -was listening and then asked me .. are you an Aspi too ? Yes -- he made big eyes and said -- WOOW COOOL -- so the times they are a-changing ;-)
