Holo Everyone!
I painted Miumiu on his snack time inspired by the cat in a meme eating food, then looked at the camera, showing that seemingly confused face as my entry for the 11th day of Zingtober.
Art Process:
I used this prompt to study painting fur, and this is my first time trying to actually render it. I first set up the base color, then the major lights and shadows using a hard brush. Then, on rendering, I used a square brush that gives off a sharp and soft edge in each stroke, then slowly blended the lights and shadows while still maintaining the hard edges. Then, after blurring the background, I redefined the hard edges to give more clarity, I really need to be careful not to overdo the soft edges so it won't look muddy. But when I exported it on my phone it look so muddy so I adjusted the contrast in lightroom to match in what I'm seeing on my laptop's screen.
