Hello Everyone! Happy Weekend!

For my first time entering the social media challenge I've chosen AGANJU 🔥

I kinda miss my days doing mixed-media glow arts but since I don't have a good camera to take clear pictures of my traditional art. I decided to go full-on digital and draw this wicked glow art instead.

I imagined Aganju as an evil god and those glowing eyes of his under the hood are what pushed me to draw again on this kind of style. I started with a sketch using different colors in various parts because I love everything to be organized.

I change the color of the background first to emphasize the glow later on and add a bit of contrast to the hood. I then colored the base and patterns for his accessories.

The most fun part aside from adding highlights is the hatching! Even though it took me quite a while, especially to figure out the folds I still enjoy the process. I've also darkened the lineart on some parts to add a sense of depth to it. I used the G pen for inking and hatching.

And finally, adding the glows. I use an Airbrush and Edge Pen to add glowing effects in an Add Blending Mode Layer. I also added hatching on some parts and a fiery background.

AND HERE IS THE RESULT💫

The huge space on the bottom part before is making me uncomfortable The accessories also felt flat so I added details to it and adjusted the levels.
