My first road trip with my wife for the holiday season in Island.
The Sun Traveler, in Icelandic: Sólfar, is a sculpture located in Reykjavik, on the edge of the old port of the city. It was produced in 1990 by Jón Gunnar Árnason.
This steel sculpture evokes the silhouette of a Viking ship which heads towards the sun when it sets. It is one of the most photographed monuments in Reykjavik
