It has been a crazy week in the rental market. All the Resource Credit went into managing rentals on PeakMonsters.

Here is an instructive Gold League battle that I've never encountered before.

Ideas for the Rulesets

The rulesets for this battle was Spreading Fury and Broken Arrows.

I only had a Gold level Quix rented, and it was quite a waste to choose him since Range monsters are disabled.

My second best choice was a Silver level Grandmaster Rathe that I rented, with the idea that if my opponent chose a bunch of magic attack, I may be able to out repair his DPS.

Round 3 horror

I could feel that my team was already losing, but things got worse when my opponent's Djinn Muirat was in the first position.

I completely didn't realise that Djinn Muirat comes with Giant Killer that is bullying my Uriel, but he starting reflecting magic back to my team!

At level 3, Djinn Muirat comes with Magic Reflect!

Basically my entire team is countered by my opponent.

There is still much for me to learn in Gold League.

Always fight, never surrender!
