Today, I didn’t have time to do anything – I just let the curation bot run on its own. I caught up on distributing the GLYPH token, which had been paused because I wanted to reset my RC (Resource Credits) back to 100%.

I didn’t have a single minute to myself today. I spent the whole day bouncing between offices in different cities for an IRL project that’s moving at its own pace. I’m trying to change careers because, after several years at this company, I’m starting to dread going to work.

I see my growth stagnating, so I’ve been looking into training programs and jobs in fields I’d actually enjoy. I used up my remaining paid leave, then took unpaid leave to give myself time to explore my options—whether that means switching companies, moving up in my current one, or even starting my own.

I’ll see where all these steps take me, but if nothing progresses, I’ll have to go back to a job I’m starting to hate just to pay the bills. And with unpaid leave, my savings are going to disappear fast.

Right now, I’m trying to tweak the curation bot again. I want it to count how many votes it casts in a 24-hour session. It does count the votes, but when it rescans the blockchain, it resets the counter to zero—even though the code looks fine.

But after digging around, I think I’ve finally figured it out! ^^

Finally, while I was writing this post, I left two AIs running—one generating code and another testing it. Now we’re just waiting to see if the counter works properly and resets after 24 hours. So, we’ll know for sure tomorrow. We still have endless ideas to improve it—this thing’s never really "finished."

With the Hive account@benef.alive account, I can now buy back as many GLYPH tokens as the bot distributes.
Just a quick reminder on how the bot works:

It votes 5% on accounts that publish posts over 300 words (any topic).
It only votes on non-blacklisted accounts (using the official blacklist, though I also have my own).
It doesn’t vote continuously—instead, it runs in multiple sessions at random times to preserve its voting mana. So don’t be surprised if it hasn’t voted for you yet!

Even with the screenshot above, I’m still making a profit—which I’m adding as extra HIVE POWER. If I can keep up this pace, Hive account@benef.alive is pretty much set up (check out its profile!).

Next, I’ll try setting up an auto-trade for the GLYPH token. Technically, I’ve figured out how to do it after testing on a token worth literally nothing, but for now, I’d rather keep it manual—I’m afraid the bot might do something unpredictable.

I’m already happy that when I click the CSV button, it gives me a file I can just plug into my program to send everything automatically.
