If you find yourself in Bangkok this is a great place for rotisserie chicken. Out of boredom and the fact there are so many great restaurants in Bangkok, I was scrolling through "restaurants" on Google maps looking for a new venue. Birds caught my attention and off I went.

I got a Grab car and headed over for dinner one early afternoon. After navigating 25 minutes of Bangkok traffic the car turned down what was no more than an alley or soi is Thai. The area did not look very attractive as we stopped in front of a restaurant. I got out of the car and considered returning home but, after learning most great places in Bangkok are actually in alleys I walked in.

It was quite a surprise as it was like stepping from the streets of Bangkok into a New York or Berlin deli! There is indoor as well as outdoor seating with a total seating of about 25.

The meal was incredible and I have enjoyed it at least 20 more times over the last few years, but I most always have it for home delivery using Food Panda.

If I could pay in crypto this would be perfection, if I could pay for my dinner with Hive while chatting with a dozen bloggers at Birds Rotisserie, that would be eutopia!

I sat at the bar on my first visit. It is the perfect location to see the detail they put into the dish presentation.

The meal is served on a wood plank which was a beautiful presentation as well as practical.

For a sauce I ordered the Chicken Jus which was very flavorful. Normally I would pass on additional sause's but the Smoked Aioli blended well with the chicken and is now on my standard order when I have delivery.

This almost makes me shed a tear as I am getting a little emotional just looking at this empty plank ;)

Not sure where I found room for ice cream, but I did and it was well worth it!
