Reiscare is a baby powder made from non-GMO rice starch which is believed to be much safer to babies or people in general.. It's Hypoallergenic and Water Repellent. I have actually never tried this on any kids as I don't have one. I have actually used it for my skin as Thailand, where I live is a hot country and baby powder is something every house has. We use it on our body most on necks, armpits, and some other spots moisture stays. I myself also love using it on my face on the day I don't need a foundation powder after a heavy load of liquid foundation. It prevents the face to get too oily and shiny. Works so well it smells nice!
