Why driving vehicles at underage is illegal?

Hello, Ram Ram, Namaste, Sastriyakal, to all Hive users. Today, I'll tell you that why driving vehicles at underage is illegal. All of us know that many of the children ride vehicles like motorcycles, cars and this is not good at their age. As most of the childrens in India drive vehicles which often is a risky moment that the chidren can get involved in accidents and can harm the other people that are walking on the roads or footpath.

Many times this also happens that the police takes away the vehicle and in most of the cases the police calls our the one in whose name the vehicle's registration in done, and then there is given a fine to the parents and in long term the person can also be jailed for any mischieve with the police officers. And this illegal thing is supported by parents only, so parents should not give their child a vehicle at underage.

I will tell you the outcome of this which happened with my cousin brother who is 5 years older than me. Around 4 years ago my brother was in 11th and he drove scooty because he was allowed to drive as he drived carefully, but, his parents means my uncle and aunt didn't knowed about that he drives the scooty fast and one day when he was in 11th class and he was going to his morning tution classes, he was going from his 1st Chemistry tution to 2nd Physics tution and his friend had brought scooty and he had gone in his cycle. But, he and his friend thought let's drive scooty 2-3 rounds till it's the time for Physics class and they made 2 turns with scooty and at 3rd turn, before I tell you that it was the time of winters and at that time the roads are slippery, apart from that my brother was riding scooty. And he throttled the accelator fully and the turn came and when they turned they were at almost speed of 80 and they both slept in a small hole near the road and my brother and his friend was filled with blood on thier body, because firstly my brother fell into the hole because he was riding and above him his friend and above them the scooty, but, due to goodluck there was an ambulance in nearby to take a dead body, so, the abulance quickky took them to hospital and my brother was in coma for 12 days but, his friend was a bit fine. And my brother recovered fully in 1 year becaus his spinal cord was fractured and now he is totally fine and now he is collage 2nd year. And when he remembers that incident he didn't remembers anything after scooty slipped, because his that memory is deleted. So, for today, this much only till further goodbye.
