It is #colorfulphotography for @juliank thursday and it is #foodthursday@dmcamera. This is my first post for Food Thursday. In the town over the Mountain and through the canyon from me, is a wonderful little BBQ place. This is my favorite salad and yes, I have it every time! It is a Chicken salad. Loaded with bacon, ham, Pico di gallo, several beautiful lettuces', feta cheese, blue cheese crumbles and of coarse the deliscious freshly smoked chicken from their huge smoker in the back shed. It will be my destination next week when I travel to visit friends. YUM!
