Hi everyone! 👋

While restrictions ease in Australia, we are seeing a lot more people reportedly being out and about at shops and on the road again. For us, we are trying to play it safe as we do want to continue seeing our family and friends now that we can have visitors at home and we also don’t want to risk anyone’s health. By playing it safe, I meant that we are going out only for essentials which mainly consists of the supermarket for food and the pet store. It might sound extreme to some but we only go out after dinner to supermarkets to do our grocery shopping as we want to avoid the day time crowd.

Yesterday we went to do our usual shop for groceries and noticed that Kmart was still open. I had a few items in my cart when shopping online through Kmart’s website but was contemplating on whether I should get them or not. My other half remembered how I mentioned these items and so we made a quick walk through to check out those items and I ended up getting it.

Main thing I wanted was the towel ladder as I wanted to use it for Taro’s accessories 😂 yes, for Taro again... this is how it turned out:

It’s not as pretty as I imagined as I realised that he’s got so many dark coloured accessories and clothing that my hubby picked out. More nicer colours will go on that ladder over time so I’m not fussed 🤪

Another thing we got from Kmart especially for this weekend is a picnic mat. Our friends and their kids are coming to our place for the first time as they weren’t able due to the lockdown right after we moved in. We’re not going out for a picnic or anything but just in case the kids want to sit outside in the backyard to play or for snack time... and we can also use the mat at the beach when It’s safe to do so.
