Bad habits are not a good thing for anyone but we do know that almost every person has some bad habits. Bad habits are bad thing for your health and mind but we dont want to let go because they have became part of our lives. You can change the way you live by changing your habits, so instead of breaking them you can replace them with healthy behaviors.

A habit is more than just a behavior. It's how you structure your days, while also building up your resilience to unexpected situations. Fixating on the wrong things is a destructive habit. The moment you're fixated on one thing, you're either moving on from it or unconsciously fighting it.

But what are the bad habits ? smoking, drinking, eating junk food and spending too much time on social media for no reason are few of our bad habits. The bad habit of checking email, for example, can distract you from meeting new people, planning adventures and meeting goals. If you struggle to meet deadlines or deal with stress because you don't write, write, write, you need to stop worrying about your email habits and switch to the more productive, but more efficient habit of focusing on the tasks that are important to you.Creating a plan can go a long way toward helping you start to break the bad habits. Before starting your own plan, you first need to figure out what your bad habit is.

"Life doesn't end up with great experiences only, it has positive and negative ones as well. So we should use every moment as a chance to renew."

When you're ready to change your habits, switch to a plan of action and start deliberately reducing and eliminating bad habits. Look for actions that you can take to ensure you have plenty of time to make your changes. Include some small victories along the way to keep your motivation levels high. Choose a plan of action that brings you closer to that dream life.

That means knowing that you are in a bad habit, and learning to bring yourself out of that habit, or at least get into the habit of challenging yourself to stop or slow down when you're in the habit. This is not easy. You don't want to go from feeling good to feeling bad. What you want is to be unable to do your habit any more, which means that you want to learn to keep breaking your habit, but to be able to do it again quickly.

The challenge is our own not outside obstacles that get in our way. For many of us, change is not an easy process and not a once in a lifetime opportunity to make a big difference. It takes a certain amount of courage to make changes, though. Fear of failure can get in the way and stop you in your tracks. But fear of failure shouldn't stop you from taking action, such as the pursuit of your dreams or creating a new habit. Most importantly, fear of failure can get in the way of your inner confidence.
