At the beginning of the 4th quarter at every home game of the Miami Hurricanes, players and fans raise their hands high holding four fingers. Those four fingers represent and has a lot of meaning. It means no matter where they are in the game, there is no quitting, they are going all out to secure the win.
That's the same tradition we should hold to our lives. We started the year with our New Year's resolutions, goals, both for our personal and /or our business. Most started the year, full of energy and a ton of motivation. Majority quit, within the first quarter. Some didn't see the results quick enough. While others didn't realize that the effort was going to be greater than what they thought. The remainder has made it up to this point.
The 4th Quarter is the most important quarter of the year. Why? Because if you are trailing behind, this is your time to readjust your game plan and go all out, to make or bypass your goals. It's not too late if you stay discipline, focus and become more aggressive in your endeavors . But if you are already crushing your goals, this is your time to push yourself and 10X what you have already done for the rest of the year!!!
No matter where you are, raise your hands up high and put up your four fingers. This is it, heart, soul and mind, all in. We are going for the win. We have October, November and December. Don't quit, as long as the clock is not saying 12:01 , 2018 you still have time to win. And guess what? if you lose, you can look yourself in the mirror and say you went down fighting to the last second. This 4th Quarter Tradition! Let's go!
