Warm greetings Hive open mic week #195 community! I'm thrilled to join you talented singers and creators once again. Firstly, happy new year to everyone! I sincerely hope 2023 overflowed with joy, inspiration and new heights reached for all of you.

I'm honored to have the theme "amistad" chosen by our esteemed spotlight artist @nazatpt to reflect on this week. Thank you for this thoughtful prompt inspiring us to express friendship, solidarity and community through song.

For my contribution, I wanted to create a piece giving God credit and praise for the blessings in my life. No matter the ups and downs we face, God remains a faithful and caring friend walking right beside us. Even when we lose our way, His love illuminates the path home.

Through heartfelt lyrics and melody, I hope to convey my deep gratitude for the gift of life itself and the purpose instilled in each soul. It's all too easy to fixate on hardship and forget just how miraculous it is to be human experiencing this world of sensations, colors, sounds and connections. I want my song to shine light on even the smallest joys that comprise existence.

Most importantly, I aim to share my thankfulness for the caring divine spirit embodied in family, friends, community that uplifts us. No human walks alone when we have faith in fellowship that transcends our differences. God manifests through open arms that embrace without judgment.

I believe music has the power to remind us what truly matters. My wish is that the honesty of my voice resonates within your heart as we contemplate the meaning of amistad this new year. Please enjoy this offering sung straight from my humble spirit to yours.

En primer lugar, ¡feliz año nuevo a todos! Sinceramente espero que el 2023 esté lleno de alegría, inspiración y nuevas alturas alcanzadas para todos ustedes. Es un honor para mí que nuestro estimado artista destacado @nazatpt haya elegido el tema "amistad" para reflexionar esta semana. Gracias por este mensaje reflexivo que nos inspira a expresar amistad, solidaridad y comunidad a través de la canción. Por mi contribución, quería crear una pieza dándole crédito y alabanza a Dios por las bendiciones en mi vida. No importa los altibajos que enfrentemos, Dios sigue siendo un amigo fiel y afectuoso que camina a nuestro lado. Incluso cuando perdemos el camino, Su amor ilumina el camino a casa. A través de una letra y una melodía sentidas, espero transmitir mi profundo agradecimiento por el regalo de la vida misma y el propósito inculcado en cada alma. Es muy fácil obsesionarse con las dificultades y olvidar lo milagroso que es ser humano experimentando este mundo de sensaciones, colores, sonidos y conexiones. Quiero que mi canción arroje luz incluso sobre las alegrías más pequeñas que componen la existencia. Lo más importante es que mi objetivo es compartir mi agradecimiento por el espíritu divino solidario encarnado en la familia, los amigos y la comunidad que nos eleva. Ningún ser humano camina solo cuando tenemos fe en un compañerismo que trasciende nuestras diferencias. Dios se manifiesta a través de brazos abiertos que abrazan sin juzgar.
