Greetings and welcome to my blog*✌️
Grandma and my wife pranked me
In this story, I am about to let you know about what happened last year. I am someone who grew up with my grandma, having lived with her for several years. It is not a new thing that grandma knows almost everything about me, I mean, she knows what I like and what I don't like.
It was celebration time and I and my family are to travel to celebrate with her, to cut the story short, we finally paid her a visit, granny was thrilled and we were happy for her too,
I used to tell my wife that there are some foods I don't normally take, not because it is an abomination, but it was just a natural, I won't just like eating some particular food .so after we have been welcomed by granny, I decided to go visit some of my friends and before leaving food was almost ready.
When I came back, the food that was given to me was the food I don't eat at all, I just don't like it.
My granny and wife knew this. I was outraged .
My grandma and wife ranked me with foods that I don't normally eat. Grandma asked me to think about my experiences with foods that I don't normally eat.
During my visit with Grandma, she surprised me by serving various foods that I typically avoid. These unconventional dishes ranged from spicy curries to chewy seaweed wraps.
At first, I was a bit hesitant to try these foods. However, as I sat down at the table, I realized that Grandma had a reason for asking me to consider my experiences with unfamiliar foods.
As I cautiously took a bite of each dish, I found myself pleasantly surprised. The curry, despite its fiery heat, had a depth of flavor that I had never tasted before. The seaweed wraps, with their oceanic tastes and textures, were surprisingly enjoyable.
With each bite, I began to appreciate the unique qualities of these foods. They challenged my preconceived notions and encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone.
Reflecting on my experiences with foods that I don't normally eat, I realized that we often miss out on exciting culinary experiences when we stick to our comfort zones. Grandma's prank had unintentionally taught me the value of trying new things and embracing new flavors.
Now, whenever I come across unfamiliar foods, I find myself more open to giving them a try. I can appreciate the differences and complexities they bring to my meals.
Grandma's prank taught me the importance of considering our experiences with foods that we don't normally eat. It opened my mind to new possibilities and encouraged me to explore new flavors.
Thank you for reading my post.
