SPS has had a rough couple of weeks. We saw a nice spike and a peak of almost 90 cents exactly a month ago yesterday. In that month, we've seen the price fall off almost 50%.
The spike happened initially when Chaos Legion launched.
Then the drop started to slowly occur.
Right now... SPS is $0.46.
The token has lost almost half the value from a month ago.
Should I be selling all of my SPS while I can?
By the title you know that is not what I'm doing.
I'm doubling down on my belief in SPS and the game of Splinterlands. Here is why...
Guranteed $4 packs
There is a lot of talk about Chaos Legion cards selling out quick. I believe they will sell out quickly, and I want to make sure I can get the best price for packs that I can. Having more SPS staked, gives me more vouchers each day during the current pre-sale and double during the second one. Using vouchers gurantees you are only paying $4 per pack.
Guranteed Airdrop Card Opportunities With Vouchers
When you buy with vouchers, you are given a higher chance of recieving the airdrop cards for each million packs sold. If you wait to buy during the public sale, you are missing three rounds of airdrop cards and depending on how early you can buy, determines how many future cards you'll have a chance a earning.
Needed For Discounts
People are going to need to use SPS if they want to get a discount when buying packs. Using SPS to buy packs will take it off of the market and more people will need to buy it somewhere else.
Value Buy
Right now, SPS is trading about half of where it was a month ago. How much lower can it go? The token has phenominal utility and is used constantly in the game. It will also continue to be used in the game in the future.
FREE MONEY
Staking SPS gives you rewards that continue to pay out depending on how much you have staked. Right now it is paying 51.23% APR. That is a great return and one you can't get anywhere else.
So I'm staking more SPS.

On a side note... I had a business conference last week in Orlando and very busy. I missed posting and this community. Glad to be back! Have a great day.
