It has been a while since I bought a pack of cards... and I can't remember a time I've paid so much for a single pack.
Today on Hive-Engine, I pulled the trigger and bought two packs of the Untamed Set which sold out two months ago.
I think I paid like $40 each for them.
What am I doing with them?
lol, NOTHING.
At my core, I'm a collector. I have loved this game since the first time I played, and one of the main reasons is because of the collecting aspect. It was my favorite part of Magic and even Pokemon.
Splinterlands can be a lot of things to a lot of people. I like collecting cards and renting. I don't battle too much.
I know people that love to battle, and would never dream of renting out their top summoners.
The two Untamed packs represent a piece of Blockchain gaming history, and I want to have a bite of the that cake. I also bought the Untamed packs, because I didn't want to spend that much on an Alpha or Beta pack... but one day.
What's your favorite part of Splinterlands?
