The name of the valley is Hunza in Gilgit Baltistan. The average age of people here is 110 to 120 years. Women look young up to the age of 65. They can easily have children at this age. This valley is where the borders of India, Pakistan and Afghanistan meet.
The population of the Hunza tribe is about 87,000. Modernity has not entered their lives even today. It has been going on for hundreds of years. Many people live here for 165 years. People rarely get sick here. No one has ever heard of anyone having a tumor. They eat a lot of honey, bathe in ice-cold water. Eat grains and vegetables that they grow themselves. They eat little and walk a lot, about 15 to 20 km a day. When they smile, pearls fall out.
