YOU DONT NEED A TECHNICAL BACKGROUND TO START A TECH STARTUP

Steve Jobs didn’t have a technical background, and there are many other very successful examples.

And I have founded 5 tech startups in the last couple of years and don’t have a technical background.

With tech startups building the product is key, so having at least one technical co-founder is often crucial - that’s why Facebook, Microsoft, Apple, Snap, YouTube had founders that had technical skills. But they all had at least one founder that didn’t have technical skills.

Technical and non-technical founders bring very different skills to the table - their thinking is different - they complement one another.
