March comes in like a lion and ends like a lamb?
The weather changes daily or actually every hour and if I remember it well it started with a lamb and the lion showed up now.
The sun shone as I woke up. There's still a very strong wind blowing. I may be under the weather but I ran outside to make the next photo.
From where I sit I can see a part of this yellow bush. Soon the flowers will be gone.
During my childhood, we had these branches in our living before Eastern started. A ray of hope Spring started? It was the only Eastern decoration we had. Later willow catkins took over.
Some children picked these little yellow flowers and suck at the end to taste the sweet flavor.
Spring is on it's way?
It doesn't look like it. Yesterday it started snowing but every cloud has a silver lining.
I must say this winter wasn't as cold as expected and not wet either. So no reason to complain. Although my ears are painful it could have been way worse.
This photo was made right after it started to snow. I didn't make one later but it all look white and bright. Good for some Christmas spirit and staying inside instead of mowing the lawn. At the end of the day, it started raining.
This is how it looks like early this morning. Most of the snow is gone. No rain and by now the sky is grey.
As grey as it was the day before yesterday.
