Hey everyone!
This Sunday, we planned a longer hike to a renowned restaurant in the picturesque village of Kamenice, located in the Slavkovský Les Protected Landscape Area.
We set off in the morning with a clear goal – to arrive just in time for lunch. The weather was beautiful, and we had the best company: our son and his dog, Dantík. 🐕🚶♂️
At first, the trail took us through fields, meadows, and past a pond, where Dantík happily cooled off.
In the distance, we could already see the outlines of the Slavkovský Les forest, where our steps were heading. 🌲⛰️
One last quick cool-down before we tackle a few kilometers of uphill climbing. 💦📈
Finally there! We made it to the restaurant in Kamenice, and we immediately needed one well-deserved cold beer. 🍺🤤
For food, we ordered pumpkin soup and roasted ribs. It was absolute heaven! 🎃🍖🤤
On the way back, we took a slightly different route, which was mostly downhill. Finally, we had some time to relax and just enjoy the surrounding nature. 🌲
Before heading back home, we made one last stop at the golf resort in Sokolov to enjoy some final refreshments. 🍺☕️
It was simply a day well spent!
