This is my third entry for the Steemit Photo Challenge held by @jamtaylor.

It's a "Beautiful Demoiselle" (Calopteryx virgo).
This is a very beautiful damselfly living in europe. Damselflies are similar to dragonflies, but are smaller, have slimmer bodies and most of them fold their wings along their body when they rest.
The beautiful demoiselles is already a endangered species here in Austria. In the Netherlands it's nearly extincted. 😞
We have a little creek near our house and I had the opportunity to see a few of them.
They're very shy, so the shoot was really difficult 😜

Das ist mein dritter Beitrag zur Steemit Photo Challenge abgehalten von @jamtaylor.

Das ist eine "Blauflügel-Prachtlibelle"(Calopteryx virgo)
Es ist eine wunderschöne Kleinlibelle die in Europa lebt. Die Blauflügel-Prachtlibelle ist bei uns in Österreich eine gefährdete Art und in den Niederlanden bereits vom Aussterben bedroht 😟
Wir haben einen kleinen Bach in der Nähe unseres Hauses und ich hatte die Möglichkeit ein paar von ihnen zu beobachten.
Sie sind sehr scheu, was das shooting sehr erschwerte. 😜
