The splinter death cards are very strong and usually specialize in debuffs or applying disadvantages to their enemies to weaken them in some way, or even several, and thus eliminate them much faster and easier, but Magi Necrosi is out of that mold, it is not a card made to apply disadvantages but to do much damage to opponents, but that is not the only advantage of this card so I invite you to read this post to understand why Magi Necrosi is so good. Welcome to Magi Necrosi!
In case you don't know it...
Edition: Chaos Legion.
Rarity: Epic.
Element: Death.
Attack: Magic.
Mana Cost: 6 points.
Abilities:
The top level version costs a little less than the lowest priced BCX, so it's a great option.
I think its best price window has already passed, like all the other cards in its edition, so this may be the last chance to buy it at these cheap prices.
As this card has camouflage you should play it as late as possible, better if it is the last position, so you make sure it will do a lot of damage in the game, as that is and should always be its sole focus, cause the most damage possible. As it has Snipe it will help you a lot to weaken the secondary line or even to eliminate cards there with magic attack or ranged, it also has a great speed that will serve to attack first, it is an excellent card in every way and is very well balanced in my opinion.
With Dallan you can combine it to reduce the enemy's life with each hit, something excellent against enemies with a lot of life, and using Mimosa you can make a direct counter to the Ranged attack cards, such as those summoned by General Sloan. Thaddius is the summoner that is most used in general battles and also combines perfectly with it, my battle today is proof of that.
Cursed Windeku should be one of the most used tanks with this splinter, because of his Torns ability and his high damage.
I used Shadow Snith because I wanted to give as much time as possible to my last two cards to do damage.
Riftwing is one of my favorite cards, her combination of abilities make her an incredible tank because of the large amount of attacks she can dodge.
Silent Sha-vi has very strong damage and Sneak, so it's always a must pick.
Magi Necrosi is second to last because my last card is a ranged attack card, otherwise it would be in the last position.
Dhampir Stalker is at the end to cause as much damage as possible to the enemy with his high attack.
My team's strategy in this battle was very simple but at the same time very effective. I wanted my Thaddius Brood's life debuff to leave their cards weak so that my team's combined attack would knock them out in the blink of an eye.
That's what ended up happening here, as you can see in just one round I eliminated 3 enemy cards, my Magi Necrosi was the first to attack and eliminated the enemy card in one hit. That is the idea of using this card.
And if you add to that the combined damage of other cards like Silent Sha-vi and Dhampir Stalker then you end up with a very powerful lineup. I always say it, the level of the cards is very important and that is very noticeable in this battle, try to always play your cards at the maximum level of your league.
A strategy executed to perfection can give you the victory in just a couple of rounds as happened in this battle, study a lot the positioning of your cards, it will make you win many games.
All the Chaos Legion edition is very well complemented between its cards and its summoners but this Magi Necrosi must be one of the best combined with its summoner, especially if you are facing a magic alignment, the result is very surprising and beyond that, it can face very well all kinds of cards, Magi Necrosi is not only one of the best cards of the Chaos Legion edition if not of the whole game in general and I think it is mandatory that you have it in your deck.
