El escritor Luis Sepúlveda nos dejó ayer. También nos lo arrancó el dichoso virus.
Esta mañana escuché una conferencia maravillosa que él impartió y que os recomiendo encarecidamente. Aquí os dejo el enlace:
Luis Sepúlveda era chileno, aunque estaba muy ligado a Asturias. En una parte de su conferencia nombró a Llanes.
En Llanes pernoctamos cuando hicimos el Camino de Santiago del Norte. Por la mañana, antes de empezar a caminar, nos hicimos una foto en la rocas que hay frente al dique de colores.
Es un lugar espléndido. Desde allí se ve, una pequeña bahía de aguas verdes con unas pequeñas playas de arena fina. También se contemplan los acantilados de roca donde bate el Cantábrico y el verdor intenso de los campos asturianos.
Justamente aquí, en este lugar y tras haber hecho esta foto, recibí la noticia de mi madre.
De nuevo, las casualidades...
Así que, en recuerdo de Luis Sepúlveda y de mamá, busqué la foto y pinté la acuarela. Espero que os guste. Nos vemos!

Luis Sepúlveda was Chilean although he was closely linked to Asturias. In one part of his conference he named Llanes.
In Llanes we spent the night when we did the Camino de Santiago del Norte. In the morning, before we started walking, we took a photo of ourselves on the rocks in front of the colored dam.
It is a splendid place. From there you can see a small bay with green waters and a small beach of fine sand. The rock cliffs where the Cantabrian beats are also contemplated and also the intense greenness of the Asturian fields.
Right here, in this place and after taking this photo, I received the news from my mother.
Again, the coincidences ...
So in memory of Luis Sepúlveda and my mother I looked for the photo and painted the watercolor. I hope you like it. See you!
