Bitcoin hard fork

There is a clear decision that bitcoin hard will not commence because of miners are all using one network to secure transactions which is show in the below image if it's signal reach 90% the hard fork will not happen right now it's signal it's about 88%which is most likely to get 90% in few hours.
According to expert it this signal get to 90% will are expecting the bitcoin price to reach 4000$/5000$ before December right now we're are seeing the increase of bitcoin 1930$ to2320$ just from few day .
Due to the panic of this hard fork news many investors had convert bitcoin to fiat currency in case the price of bitcoin fall drastically but what will are seeing is not what many investors had predicted early now altcoin has now began to up in price because there every possiblity that bitcoin will be over in few days old.
