I did not look at it the same away but you could definitely be right. Maybe this is a blessing as one of the well-known market manipulator and « retail liquidator » might be out of business !

I did not look if this was one of the thing that the CFTC and DOJ talked about when they claim to defend US Citizens agains malpractices.
