Last Day at Taksim Squere, Istanbul

By the way, I have one story about the last day trip in Turkey. On that day, I have to duty, work from everywhere due to off schedule can not covered all trip, so I have work even though our trip still has a schedule. For this day, I skipped our schedule to pilgrimage. Finally I could skipped the pilgrimage hahaha...
After Pilgrimage in a place that I don't know what it is, we went to a Taksim Squere.
Taksim Squere, Istanbul, Turkey
Taksim Squere is a park located in Istanbul Europe's part which is there are luxury shops, restaurants, and hotels. There is a mosque in those area.
After accomplished my duty, I and my friend went around. We have no destination, just walk and walk looking for interesting place to visit but there is no one place could due to the crowded.
To be honest I like the mosque, but at that time I can not entry the Mosque due the place is really crowded and there is no on our schedule to visit. I and all member enjoyed the Taksim with culinary and shopping the cute and cheap brand.
In the Taksim Squere there is a monument which is located in the center of the squere. This is the favorite part for the tourist. It was Republic Monument as their main attraction.
Our tour guide said this Republic Monument was built to commemorate the formation of the Turkish state in 1923. This sturdy monument was carved by an Italian sculptor and built in two and a half years.
When I see those monument, there are statues in the middle of monument. According to our tour guide, that statues in the middle of monument just for honors the struggles of ancient warriors
Taksim Squere on the weekend was crowded. Many people are local and international tourists. The interest thing of this squere is the luxury shop. How many brand which is Indonesia is expensive, in the Taksim it was like 50% discount. Unfortunately, at that time I have no more money so I could not window shopping and get the stuff. One thing that I could bought was the Caffe Latte of Starbuck and Kebab Turkey. But that was for made us thrilled in this trip.
