Some time ago, on my special day, my friends and I had a kind of girls day out. We planned to go to a fishing spot not far from this beach. However, because the fishing spot only opened after lunch, we decided to stop by this beach and make it a place for lunch. So here we are, at a very famous beach. This beach is still in the Jakarta area, but it is very far away. If we use private vehicles, it will cost a lot of money—including tolls, therefore we went using public transportation which costs less than 1 dollar.

Let's get it!

This beach is located at Pantai Indah Kapuk 2, if you use public transportation you can get off right in front of it. No need to use additional vehicles.

This Aloha Beach—yes, that’s right, from the name alone you can guess that this beach is based on the Hawaiian word for Hello. So indeed the concept of Aloha Beach as a whole is adapted from Hawaii—although I don’t know exactly what it is because I’ve never been to Hawaii. Okay, I invite you to enter the Aloha Beach area which is quite burning..

This surfing board is really creative...

Yes, of course, because when we arrived, it was around 11:30 am, the sun was shining brightly. That’s also because the sunlight in the beach area is too much, so it’s very hot and burns the skin. But it’s quite windy. Local people like to go to the beach when the sun starts to set, we like the sunset on the beach and don’t want to sunbathe to get a tan because we already have one. Yippie…

Are you feeling the sunburn? If not, let’s continue this short journey. This is the highlight of Aloha Beach, where there is a statue of a Hawaiian woman—I don’t know if there is a name for it, tell me.

The unique thing about this Hawaiian woman statue is that it has a big hole in its chest. Luckily, it is a Hawaiian woman statue, because there is a legend in our country called ‘Sundel Bolong’—it refers to a horror movie.

Meanwhile, behind the Hawaiian Woman Statue, Aloha Beach is located. As I mentioned, this beach is still quiet because the sun is still very hot—who would want to be exposed to the sun. That way, this beach still looks clean and beautiful.

The wind is so gentle, making the situation not too bad. Coconut trees are here and there. By the way, I haven't seen coconut trees for a long time. In Jakarta, it is very difficult to find them.

Let's enjoy this quiet beach. This beach has lots of benches and beanny bags to relax. But unfortunately, to get in there you have to spend your money of IDR 300K first, if there is no purchase, you can't get in. Yup, this beach is not free, unfortunately.

Luckily I went with my friends and we had lunch, so we could enjoy the very windy Aloha Beach. I felt like I was on a private island like this.

We enjoyed our short chat there, on the beanny bags because we had to go to our main destination to the fishing spot. It was really fun to be on this beach. I want to go there alone one day, but it seems unnecessary, because spending IDR 300K alone is a waste.

Thanks in advance, to read my blog and hope you like my post!
See you on the next post...

Hi, Halo, Annyeong! Welcome to my galaxy.

I have so much imagination in my head. Something that I can't achieve as a human and as a girl. So writing is very challenging. Since Junior High School, I have written whatever I want to write. Without skill, I just write what I want to read. Now I have 12th published novels and all of them are romance.
Yeah, I proudly say that I am a passionate author, traveler wannabe, and blogger.
