Bendiciones amante del deporte , bienestar y salud es un gusto estar nuevamente con ustedes después de un tiempo ausente por situación de índole personal y por problema de salud. Tengo en estos momentos cervicobraquialgia el cual les confieso que es muy doloroso al punto de verse limitado los movimientos del cuello y espalda , pero confío en Dios que me dará una buena medida de salud y sanará mi cervical. Ha sido un camino difícil , doloroso pero con la certeza de que los que aman a Dios todas estas cosas resultarán para bien.
Así que por cada situación que se nos presente en la vida agradezcamos al Eterno porque estas adversidades es para sacar una mejor versión de nosotros.
Blessings, lover of sports, wellness and health, it is a pleasure to be with you again after some time away due to a personal situation and health problem. I have at this time cervicobrachialgia which I confess is very painful to the point of being limited the movements of the neck and back, but I trust God will give me a good measure of health and heal my cervical. It has been a difficult and painful road, but with the certainty that those who love God all these things will turn out for good.
So for every situation that comes our way in life let us thank the Eternal One because these adversities are to bring out a better version of us.
Adulto joven nuevamente me encuentro caminando para mejorar mi condición de salud y fomentar en ustedes una longevidad activa y con mejor calidad de vida, esta caminata la realicé en el Parque Guaiquerí , en la ciudad de Cumaná , estado Sucre, Venezuela.
Esta recorrido lo estoy realizando con el propósito de mejorar mi salud, tener mejor condición física, aliviar los problemas de estrés y liberar tensiones en el cuello y espalda, además, motivar y fomentar en los Adultos Mayores una cultura deportiva libre de todo sedentarismo.
Young adult again I am walking to improve my health condition and encourage in you an active longevity and better quality of life, this walk I made in the Guaiquerí Park, in the city of Cumaná, Sucre state, Venezuela.
I am doing this walk with the purpose of improving my health, have better physical condition, relieve stress problems and release tension in the neck and back, in addition, motivate and encourage older adults in a sports culture free of all sedentary lifestyle.
Este recorrido lo realicé en media hora , es importante Adulto Joven tener zapatos cómodos , ropa adecuada y llevar suficiente agua para mantenernos hidratados. Realizamos la caminata de forma natural sin contener la respiración y al ritmo de acuerdo con su capacidad porque el principal y último ingrediente como dijo alguien lo pone usted.
This tour took me half an hour, it is important to have comfortable shoes, appropriate clothing and bring enough water to keep us hydrated. We do the hike in a natural way without holding our breath and at a pace according to your ability because the main and last ingredient as someone said is up to you.
Adultos jóvenes vengan a disfrutar conmigo esta caminata por el parque durante de 30 minutos , este lugar tiene hermosos paisajes para que la mente y el cuerpo lo disfrute.
Young adults come and enjoy with me this 30 minute walk through the park, this place has beautiful scenery for the mind and body to enjoy.
