Bendiciones a los amante del deporte , bienestar y la salud es un gusto estar nuevamente con ustedes trayéndoles contenido sobre una caminata en el Cerro de Cascajal , Cumaná -Venezuela. Este monumento natural es muy hermoso y se encuentre en medio de una autopista el cual divide dos sectores . Cabe resaltar que este cerro era mucho más extenso y cubría gran parte de la ciudad. En esta ocasión realicé mi recorrido por sus alrededores contemplando una vez más este hermoso paisaje que Dios nos regala a través de la naturaleza. Es por ello que debemos amar y cuidar para disfrutar de una vejez llena de lugares donde podamos pasar tiempo en armonía y contacto con la naturaleza para un bienestar mental y emocional.

Blessings to lovers of sport, wellness and health is a pleasure to be with you again bringing you content on a hike in the Cerro de Cascajal, Cumana -Venezuela. This natural monument is very beautiful and is located in the middle of a highway which divides two sectors. It is worth mentioning that this hill was much larger and covered a large part of the city.
On this occasion I made my tour of its surroundings contemplating once again this beautiful landscape that God gives us through nature. That is why we must love and take care to enjoy an old age full of places where we can spend time in harmony and contact with nature for a mental and emotional well-being.

Adulto joven nuevamente me encuentro caminando para mejorar mi condición de salud y fomentar en ustedes una longevidad activa y con mejor calidad de vida, esta caminata la realicé en el Cerro de Cascajal. Este tipo de ejercicio es ideal para mejorar la salud , además, brindar mayor capacidad pulmonar, tener mejor condición física, mayor resistencia, aliviar los problemas de estrés, liberar tensiones , también fortalecer el corazón, controlar el peso , tonificar los músculos, entre otros.

Young adult again I am walking to improve my health condition and encourage in you an active longevity and better quality of life, this walk I made it in the Cerro de Cascajal. This type of exercise is ideal for improving health, in addition, provide greater lung capacity, have better physical condition, greater endurance, relieve stress problems, release tension, also strengthen the heart, control weight, tone muscles, among others.

Este recorrido lo realicé en media hora , es importante Adulto Joven tener zapatos cómodos , ropa adecuada y llevar suficiente agua para mantenernos hidratados. Es sinequanon realizar la caminata de forma natural sin contener la respiración y un ritmo de acuerdo con su capacidad física porque músculo que no se trabaja se encoge y adelgaza.

This tour took me half an hour, it is important to have comfortable shoes, appropriate clothing and bring enough water to keep us hydrated. It is sinequanon to do the walk in a natural way without holding your breath and a pace according to your physical capacity because muscle that is not worked shrinks and gets thinner.

Adultos jóvenes disfrutemos juntos esta caminata por el cerro durante 30 minutos , este lugar tiene hermosos paisajes para que la mente y el cuerpo lo disfrute estén contacto y armonía con la naturaleza.

Young adults, let's enjoy together this 30 minute hike through the hill, this place has beautiful landscapes for the mind and body to enjoy in contact and harmony with nature.
