Hello community delighted to be with you again to share with you more beautiful architecture and designs that are in my city. This time I will talk about a beautiful design that is located in an area well known in my town as the Gran Mariscal Avenue. It is noteworthy that in this avenue are located many commercial establishments that are currently very named or recognized so much that sometimes they are the reference point or meeting point.
Today I will talk about a mini mall which is very visited because it is home to many professional offices in the area of health, also in it there is also a spa where many people come for reductive and aesthetic massages. Something that caught my attention is that when entering the facilities of this building is a professional technical service office in microelectronics where phones and computers are repaired, also sales of new equipment.
This shopping center has two front windows, a main door, a small cafe on the first floor which has several tables with their respective chairs for people who visit the place and want to have a coffee or snack can buy there, also sit and talk or wait their turn for medical consultation.
This cafeteria is very well preserved with an excellent illumination since it has a very large lamp in the shape of an umbrella, also in its surroundings it is decorated with beautiful white palm trees.
Something very interesting about this building is its staircase which is very peculiar having a spiral shape with wrought iron handrails and a terracotta or brick floor. Something that I found wonderful was how clean the floor of this staircase is despite the amount of people going up and down that place. A curious fact is that here to keep this type of floor clean and polished we use diesel oil or sawdust, that is, the dust from the wood when it is sawed.
