This is call Sedum Brilliant.
I planted it in 2 pots in my backyard last spring.
It never bloomed; the flower buds appeared in early January!
Apparently it loves rain and cold/cool weather.
(The information I was given with the bulbs for this Sedum Brilliant, claimed it would bloom in the summer!)
