That is true. There is still a chance that a documentary can go viral if it was marketed well. Personally I would have bet my money on Brave Ads. I have come across o many projects through Brave Ads and the ads did made me actively seek out more about some of these projects.

I remember when @dapplr was doing some great things with a solid mobile app design that looked modern and slick and the DHF didn't want to spend 500 HBD per day IIRC. Now we are still left without anything comparable (at least in terms of design).

@splinterlands and @leofinance have done a brilliant job onbaording users. If we got more DAPPs onboard we will have more of the same. That should be the aim. The sad sate is that even Hivesigner and Hivesearcher proposals are not funded.
