Doug Casey is one of my favorite investors. He has made many good bets over the years. He has also bee a little too doom and gloom too. But it's good to err on the side of being to early to get out than being too late to get out. I personally don;t invest in Gold. Even when investing in precious metals, I've found the miners to give the best returns. Even a 10% increase in Gold price can bring a miner from barely breaking even to making decent profit.
I'd like to try to keep people informed on potential investment opportunities. So read and educate yourself with the help of a veteran who has been in these markets for almost half a century.
